A TENS machine provides gentle electrical pulses that help your body release natural endorphins and reduce pain during contractions.
It’s a safe, drug-free, and empowering way to stay calm and in control during labour.

Each hire includes fresh pads, batteries, and a full usage guide, with optional demonstration during antenatal sessions.
